Three Musketeers

Three Musketeers was brewed as part of the inaugural Sydney Beer Week Pro-Am Competition. We brewed it in collaboration with the homebrewerNick Vassilev who had the winning entry in the Monastic ale category. For this Belgian Tripel, we hopped it with Loral hops, a hop variety that combines old world ‘noble’ characteristics with new world hop aromatics. Loral contributes a floral and herbal character followed by a backdrop of citrus and dark fruit notes.
