Farmhouse Ale

This "Saison" is inspired by tradional rustic french and belgium farmhouse ales. These beer were brewed in the cooler months and stored then enjoyed by farm workers over the warm spring and summer months. There are a lot of high alcohol Saisons around but we decided to make ours at just 4% - so (depending what your occupation is!) you can have a beer for lunch and go back to work.Light, crisp, very dry and very refreshing. Forget lager this is real beer for warm weather!
