This is our beer to celebrate St David's Day 2024. Keeping things light with a base of Extra Pale malt, we than use equal parts Oats and Wheat for a soft and sessionable body. Our hazy yeast then gives us lovely peachy esters before we bring in the hops. This time we've used a special hop blend called 'Turkey's Pick'. It combines the finest Motueka, Moutere and Riwaka hops for a full spectrum of lemon-lime citrus and bold tropical flavours. CYMRU AM BYTH!
