Infinite Transmission

Описание

Infinite Transmission Pale Ale is the first Pale Ale to come out of the new system we are brewing with in the new location. This 4,6% Alk. pale ale is brewed with a grain bill heavily focused on Pilsner malt, with some speciality malts to hep bring out a nice grain character and sharpness to accompany the hops. A dry but full beer with a strong hop presence on the nose and a bitterness that gradually rises and then falls before becoming too present. We used some of our favourite hops in this batch as well as some Whole Hop Mosaic hops in the whirlpool.
