Czech PilsnerCan Release 9/21/24 - $17/4-packWe did our best to copy what makes Czech Pilsners so special floor malted Czech Pilsner malt (ours was from Raven in Záhlinice), and expressive Saaz (we used the slightly fruitier "late Saaz"), along with a clean malt-accented lager yeast. We couldn't import 500 gallons of low-mineral water from Pilsen... but a reverse osmosis filter achieved the same result, softening the hop bitterness and rounding out the malt flavor.Batch #1 (February 2023) - 5.0% ABVBatch #2 (February 2024) - 5.5% ABVBatch #3 (September 2024) - 5.4% ABV
