Using a traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast "Voss Kveik" and their traditional method of not boiling leaves a lot of protein in suspension for a pillowy mouthfeel, luscious head, and low bitterness. We used highly sought after Australian galaxy and rare South African "Southern Passion" hops for a tropical twist. Expect big flavors of juicy passion fruit, coconut flakes, orange mango juice.
