The first in a three part collaboration series with Melt Chocolates, Ltd., Melt: Monte Plata is a massive imperial stout loaded with a pound per gallon of single origin Monte Plata cacao nibs sourced directly from the Dominican Republic. These nibs impart notes of bittersweet grapefruit, walnuts, wood and olive complexity, balanced with a subtle tartness of goldenberry, and blackberry.
