Brewed with our good friends from Wild Horse Brewing, we decided to make a pale ale with a twist, focusing on the flavours we could get from modern European-grown hop varietals Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon and Styrian Wolf, paired with a fruity new yeast strain.
