This batch delivers jammy notes that perfectly complement its smooth sweetness.Aged on Madagascar and Sumatra vanilla and Licor 43–soaked oak, it combines the sweet, creamy richness of Madagascar vanilla with the bold, earthy depth of Sumatra vanilla, rounded off by soft oak and subtle spice.We chose Licor 43 for its warm notes of vanilla, caramel, and Mediterranean citrus, adding a final touch of indulgent sweetness and smooth complexityThe result is a rich, red-toned mead that’s both playful and elegant.
