Shove

Crisp, clean & dry with some throttle. Like drinking ice hockey. The Cold IPA uses lager yeast for a cleaner profile and we used flaked corn to pull down overall malt character. We hit it hard with hot side hops to seize some firm bitterness and finished it clear as crystal to ward off the sense that this beer shares anything with hazy IPA. You’ve had India Pale Lagers and Shove has elements of those beers, but we’re landing close to a west coast IPA that’s reeling in pine, tiny bits of dank, a little lemon and floral Icelandic potpourri.
