Inspired by traditional historic "keeping" beers like old ales and stock ales. This release is a rare glimpse at this style of beer before being aged in barrel. Brewed using Chevallier heritage barley and co-fermented with the Fyne Ales house yeast and a Brettanomyces strain. Served exclusively from wooden cask.
