One of three beers promoting the 2025 BEER GEEK MADNESS festival, brewed in collaboration with Hoppy People Brewery.New England DIPA – juicy, hazy brew with a malt base of barley, oats, and oat flakes. The high-protein wort adds fullness and cloudiness, while a touch of maltodextrin boosts mouthfeel. Citra lays the foundation, paired with a combo of melon-citrus Motueka, grapey Nelson, and strawberry-blueberry Strata. Intense hop presence from the whirlpool, featuring Motueka pellets and Citra Spectrum extract, results in a beer bursting with hoppy aromas, while keeping bitterness at a minimum.
