All Together

We brewed "All Together" a global collaboration launched by Other Half Brewing to help provide disaster relief funds to our staff. Our version of the recipe uses our favorite Pilsner malt, Malted Oats hopped it with Cascade Cryo and Mosaic CO2 Extract in the kettle and then double dry hopped it with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, New Zealand grown Cascade, Citra, Citra Cryo, and Simcoe. Other Half gave the option of making the beer West Coast or NE style IPA, and we tipped the hat to them and brewed it up NE style with our favorite expressive yeast strain. The hops are definitely popping with big citrusy notes of zesty orange and grapefruit, ripe stonefruit, fresh berries, and bright mango.
