Bourbon Barrel-aged Solstice is made with dark wildflower honey, blackberries, mulberries,and spices. This mead was aged in a Distillery 291 Bourbon barrel for four months.The dark berries, spices, and bourbon barrel meld together to create a mead that is rich with complexity and character.
