A longtime friend of the brewery and proponent of our Condor Valley line recently welcomed a daughter into this world. To help celebrate we offered him the chance to propose a beer to commemorate the occasion. He chose something that excited our inner child: a dirt cup-inspired fruit sour.Using this youthful dessert as a starting point, we conditioned a larger base sour on raspberry, strawberry, tangerine, pineapple, chocolate cookies and vanilla cream stuffing. We were careful to balance everything so that the fruit could still take center stage with the cookies providing a pleasing dark chocolate finish.
