Dry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7, there is absolutely no error being made here.Idaho 7 has very quickly climbed our completely made up, and only hypothetically a thing, “hops we love” ladder. In the last couple years it has become something of a darling to our dear palates and a hop we’ve turned to more and more. It’s a big hop that absolutely nails the balance between juicy ruby red grapefruit, dank and mixed citrus. It’s intense, unique and layered. We really dig it. We think it pairs superbly well with Citra. Enjoy :)
