Smoothie Sour w/ Cherry Puree, Spices & Dole WhipWhen we were approached by the Maryland Association of the Deaf (MDAD) to collaborate on a makers market to help support and celebrate Deaf Awareness month we reached out to our friend Mark at Streetcar 82! He suggested giving a keg of sour cherry vanilla they had just packaged our a la mode treatment! We added 40lbs of tart cherry puree and vegan cherry Dole Whip, the result is a sweet, creamy and slightly tart indulgent treat! Finally to get that pie "crust" we finished it off with cinnamon and graham crackers!
