Coastal Thicket - Honeyberry & Tayberry

Описание

Our recurring Gose style sour ale is back! This time we blended 140kgs of Honeyberry and Tayberry puree into our Gose style base beer. The result is a vibrant red sour ale with pastel pink foam bursting with fresh and jammy berry flavours on top of a bready base. The addition of home made sea salt and cracked coriander seeds helps to balance the sweetness by adding a subtle salinity and black pepper notes.
