One day while working at the brewery, Weldon the Yak, was driving a pallet of hops through the brewhouse. Instead of putting the hops away in the cold room he decided to add the whole pallet to the dry hop. Ooops, but it turned out to be a good thing and everyone is happy he did it. Enjoy Weldons extreme dry hop decision.
