our first foray into making extreme ‘thiolized’ ipas, this batch of double hazy ipa was brewed with ‘Phantasm Powder’ for a huge boost of Thiols, as well as fermented with a ‘thiolized’ strain of yeast that essentially takes the thiols (aroma compounds) and unlocks characteristics that range from ripe watermelon to cotton candy to strawberry hershey’s syrup. This is the MSG of beer and we are excited to further work with these new products!
