2月頃に梅の木とかでよく見かける鳥が名前の由来なので、発音のアクセントが平坦な感じになります。アロマとフレーバーはトロピカル、シトラス、ちょっとダンクな感じがありHazyな見た目に違和感なく入ります。Incognitoを煮沸後のワールプールで使いました。バッチサイズにしてはかなりの量のIncognitoを使用し、ホップ感しっかりめ。苦味はHazyにしては強めの仕上がりになってますが、口当たりと後味に滑らかさがあるため、ジューシーな印象が強めに出てます。The name of the beer comes from the bird “Japanese White-eye”, not the name of the place(where the brewery is situated). Tropical and citrus aroma and flavors are enhanced by the silky and juicy mouthfeel.
