Every Spring we carefully select one or two pine trees that offer the most pleasing pine aromas and flavors. Once we find what we're looking for, we make a syrup from freshly growing tips and blend it into a beer. This year, the result is Needle Tweedle, a Sour IPA! An unusual and delicious piney and tart beer, this one will have you whistling while you drink!
