Ghost Sour Project: Apple

The Ghost Sour Project is the culmination of what we've been working since 2015. The main focus is combining the flavors of fruits that we grow at our home, combining them with other fruits and using a House Sour Blend that we've been working on since 2015. Each beer takes from 6 to 18 months to be ready. For this version we used Organic Apple Juice to give it a delicate and beautiful green apple taste.
