Opacity #004 - New England IPA With Columbus & Simcoe

Описание

This series has easily become a favourite around the taproom for good reason. Our new iteration demonstrates how prominent and thought-provoking an old-school terpenoid-rich hop like Columbus can work well as a biotransformation addition in this new-school style. We chose to showcase Simcoe this time around and paid special attention to the hopping schedule in an effort to release the full potential of these hops. This balanced New England IPA features notes of orange, guava, and resin.
