Crashed on 6/2/22 and kegged early on 6/4/22 specifically for ICBF, just minutes before the start of the festival, this "tank pull" Kolsch (fermented with a traditional hybrid ale yeast from Koln) is equivalent to a zwickel pour of lagerbier, pre-lagering and not yet fully carbonated, for that bready doughiness you need.
