You wouldn't believe how many people have asked me to brew one of these, eventually I got sick of being asked and did... secretly because this is one of my top 5 styles to drink. Built to emulate what made me fall in love with beer, the fresh handpulled ales of the UK from well looked after cellars. Pouring amber with a light white head this beer shows the best of British with a light earthy floral aroma backed up by mild caramel and bready malts and hints of dried fruits. Smooth as silk mouthfeel with a classic malt hop balance and medium bitterness. Best served at low carb and at cellar temperatures.
