Part 2 in our Home-brewer Collaborative series. Darren's Pineapple NE-IPA DDH was brewed with Carolina Pale Malt and Pilsner. adjunct with a massive 40% of Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat. No boil hops where added, instead bitterness was added through longer and higher whirlpool time and temp.
