The king returns! Our original collaboration with Side Project is back for it's seventh year! This batch highlights massive peach and complex acidity, but not overly sour at all. The best part of this blend is the difference in complex acidity, all while not being overly acidic. We're learning more and more about Cory's culture every year and have found a great way to integrate their complexity without the beer being overly acidic. You're going to love this one for sure. Organic Palisade peaches were used a rate of over four pounds per gallon.
