This is DDH West Coast IPA again‼︎ This time we brewed "#706 KILLER TUNE" with a different yeast from the one we made the other day. KILLER TUNE" was brewed with Ushitora's house yeast, San Diego Super, while "MILLER TUNE" was brewed with BRY-97. We hope you can feel the difference in aroma and flavor depending on the yeast. In addition, although the hop varieties used are the same, we have added a bit of fun by changing some of the hops used in DDH to Cryo. Of course, the total amount of hops used is exactly the same as last time. So we used more than twice as much as usual. Again, we are going all out. The aroma is the same as last time, with a fresh citrus and resinous aroma, but you can also detect a sweet tropical fruit aroma.
