Orange Quince Cider

Award winning cider.Golden, amber cider with lively carbonation as you know it from Champagne or Crémant d'Alsace. Orange Quince has an aromatic and pure scent with overripe apples, pear, a little rose, a little citrus and a vinous character. The taste is very fresh and quite dry which makes the mouth water run. A very rounded taste profile that ends with a slightly salty and bitter aftertaste. Extremely delicate cider. Perfect as a welcome drink or on the terrace on a warm summer evening. Set it e.g. together with a good air-dried ham or a good tapas dish that includes both sweet, salty and sour elements.
