Our latest Berliner Weisse experiment. We add healthy amounts of Mosaic Hops throughout the Brewing process and then ferment with one of our favorite hybrid yeasts, Jotunn from Escarpment Laboratories (think Farmhouse meets Kveik), which offers a fruity and spicey profile. We then condition this beer with butterfly pea flower to give it a unique twist and appearance.
