Blender Apple-Cinnamon is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts local apples from Buell’s Orchard in Eastford CT and Ceylon cinnamon sticks. Bold flavors of apple pie, old fashioned apple fritters, and grandma’s apple cobbler. The tartness of the base beer adds refreshing acidity to keep things drinkable and refreshing.
