Gose – the Gin & Tonic of the beer world! The simple base of this beer was lightly kettle soured with our house lacto culture, then a touch of high-quality Himalayan salt added into the boil. The relative simplicity of the beer allows the nuances of the quality ingredients shine, particularly the mild floral/fruity yeast esters and the crisp malt.
