Xanat

The Totanac legend of Xanat is pretty gnarly. There's a king and a princess and a couple of beheadings. It's a whole thing. In the end, though, there's a sweet vanilla orchid offered to the gods. Its name? Zacanatanuxanath, meaning ripe and black vanilla, which is perfect for our single adjunct vanilla stout. Except, that's really hard to say, so we opted for its short form. Enjoy a legendary glass of Xanat.
