Can Do No Wrong

Описание

We all love a hazy IPA, but we can all agree a West Coast is the best coast! This is a classic West Coast IPA that can do no wrong! Super-clean, fruity and well balanced with restrained resin notes and a smooth lingering bitterness. In this beer we used a profile of Pale Ale Malt, Munich Malt, Dextrin Malt and Acidulated Malt. Hopped with Centennial and Columbus in the kettle and dry-hopped with Mosaic Lupomax. Fermented with Safale American US-05 yeast and clocking in at 60 IBU.
