The latest edition of our annual AWOL creations, this small batch wild ale is fermented with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast and aged in an ex-Grenache oak barrel from South Australia. With added fresh passionfruit and mango, the balance of tartness and sweetness is pleasantly matched by the fruit and wood character.
