Collaboration with Bonn Place Brewing. We recently got together with our pals from @BonnPlace for a fun little brewday. We decided to start with a base of their beloved Mooey, but ferment it in the Saison style, with our Foraged Yeast Culture. Our shared love for small beers of subtle complexity really come together in this little“Pub Saison.”It was brewed with mostly Maris Otter, hopped with American and German hops, and fermented hot and quick. We find notes of delicate watermelon, Juicy Fruit Gum, ethereal tamarind, bamboo shoots, and garden geraniums. #MakeItAMoey #MakeItAMu
