Holly Blossom

Описание

To celebrate Historic Mead Day, we tapped a keg of our 2022 Holly Blossom Traditional. This was the honey we used in our Endless Blueberry mead! This honey was collected in early spring, before Gallberry blossomed, typically they are harvested at the same time. The beekeeper who has been doing this for over 25 years said he’s only seen a Holly bloom like this once, over a decade ago.The honey is extra rich and bold, like biting into a honeycomb with a grapefruit zest like finish.
