Single Hop Zappa (Μονοποικιλιακή Zappa)

It is with great pleasure that we present to you our new "single variety". This time we used "Zappa" hops. Grown exclusively by CLS Farms in the Yakima Valley, it is 100% hops sourced from the mountains of New Mexico. For the record the word "Zappa" is a surname meaning "farmer", from the Italian word for "hoe" (gardening tool).
