This is such a fun fruit to work with. This blend is viscous. The black raspberries provide a trap for the carbonation in the beer before catapulting out of solution in your mouth, I've never experienced this before with our blends. Massive fruit flavors and it's not as tannic as previous black raspberry beers we've done. Using Saison for the base beer with this blend really allows the black raspberries to shine.
