Mad Fermentations Vol.1: Kveik DIPA

The beginning of a new series! We took five gallons of the wort from Pillowfort and fermented it with the a yeast strain from Voss, Norway. Norway has an active homebrewing culture with yeast strains (kveik) of unknown origins handed down and shared between brewers across generations. This yeast is known for bold orange aromatics, so we dry hopped it with a particularly citrusy bag of Cascade hops!
