To Central, With Love – Barrel Aged Pinot Noir Wild Ale 7.2%We’ve teamed up with Carrick Winery to create a true love letter to all things Central Otago. Queenstown grown malt, Garston hops, second use organic pinot noir grapes and wild yeast cultivated from local thyme flowers.This beer was aged in oak for 13 months and then re-fermented on the grape pomace to create a unique piquette style beer with huge notes of black currant, red fruits and subtle oak.A refreshing beverage for both beer and wine lovers alike.Original artwork by Leon Ofsky and Elana Marie Szczepanski, remixed by Canyon.Contains gluten • Vegan
