The first Barrel Aged iteration of the Lady Cupcake is here!12 months in Rye Whiskey barrels and conditioned on a classic combo; toasted coconut and vanilla. We used 80 grams of coconut per liter of beer, that’s a lot! Also a hefty amount of vanilla beans from Uganda and India. Especially the Ugandan vanilla gives an incredible chocolate aroma along with the classic vanilla notes. In my opinion, this smells and tastes just like a coconut-chocolate cupcake soaked in whiskey.
