Our Night Of The Plums has been resting for over seven months on a delicious Heaven Hill Bourbon barrel before we bottled it.Brewed with five malts (Pale, Munich, Special-B, Cara and Chocolate) and five hops (Magnum, Sorachi Ace, First Goldings, Chinook and Galena) and addition of vanilla, chocolate and Victoria plums.Expect, through barrel ageing, even more complex flavours, more vanilla, more wood and a sweet, soft bourbon finish.
