A funky beast, Apricorn is a complex blend of ideas and flavors. One part smoothie sour, one part pastry sour: We added 100kg of apricots toour delicious pastry crust forward base sour beer. We layered this with a heaping dose of vanilla infused bourbon and lactose. The result is asrare and magical as the fabeled apricorn itself, luxoriously thickly sour apricot enriched with a sweet bourbon vanilla finish.
