Barrel #13: Second Blend

Blend of oak-aged mixed fermentation saisons.The second blend to come out of Barrel #13, which is a red wine barrel from an Illinois winery. The barrel previously held one of the versions of L'Internationale before it began its life as a vessel that is taking on a life akin to a solera barrel. A portion of the first blend that was in this barrel was used as a component of Bière de Pieces #22. This "Second Blend" consists of the original blend topped off with Table and more Noble.
