The style of Saison began 300 years ago in the French speaking area of Belgium known as Wallonia. It was brewed in cooler months to be served to farm hands during the hot summer months. Our latest Saison hearkens back to the style's modest beginnings as a crisp, spicy and dry ale but with slightly higher alcohol.
