Our collaboration with The Brewinaries Club to celebrate their 10 Anniversary. We brewed a hoppy lager with local Pilsner malt from Valley Malt and a little bit of biscuit malt. We hopped it somewhere between and West Coast Pale Ale and IPA using Comet, Centennial, and Motueka.
