Pacific St IPA is a West Coast IPA brewed with a 5.5 lb per bbl combo of hand selected Mosaic and Citra hops. This beer is free of crystal malts and mild bitterness to emphasize the taste and aromas of the hops. This is the recipe we have brewed the most throughout our small history as a brewery, probably because you all keep drinking the heck out of it.
