A solvers style unblended beer aged for an average of 18 months in a single brandy barrel. Condition for the final 9 months with whole balaton cherries from Jobst Hof Orchards before bottling.The resulting beer is refreshing and complex, featuring an intense aroma of cinnamon and almond from the long conditioning phase on the pits. On the palate there is some pit character, but in front of that is a very bright tart cherry note. The base beer and brandy barrel compound the complexity.
